The Supersets Arms Workout You Need To Try Today

September 9, 2020

Looking for a new way to get your arms strong and defined? Give supersets arms workout a try.

Supersets are defined as performing two exercises back to back with little to no rest between them. The typical superset involves working opposing muscle groups.  When talking arms, we are looking at working the biceps and triceps. This is a great option if you are short on time because you are reducing some of the rest time as compared to doing the more traditional straight sets.

Try These 3 Supersets Arms Workout Superset Blocks.

The first block is free-weight exercises. Free weight exercises usually require more form and concentration so doing them first while you are fresh will help keep you safe.

The second block is bodyweight exercises. Using a suspension trainer is great for this block since you can adjust your body angle to increase or decrease the intensity according to your fitness level.

Finally, for the third block, machines are used. Your muscles will be fatigued so finishing them out with a machine will allow you to go to failure safely. Going to failure on this last block will help you utilize every muscle fiber to help you towards the goal of super arms.
