A research study was conducted by The LAB to show the Alpine Runner is more effective at burning fat, provides greater caloric output, and improves metabolic efficiency. A significant reduction in the user’s body composition, most notably in their waist and arm size, was shown after consistently incorporating the Alpine Runner in their workouts. The study showed users of the TRUE Alpine Runner consistently self-selected higher speeds and incline levels, which burns more calories.It was also demonstrated that Alpine Runner users significantly improved fat utilization at rest, signifying an improvement in metabolic efficiency.
The findings of a study conducted by The LAB suggest that the True Fitness Full Body Press is superior at eliciting greater workloads in both novice and expert users in a single set versus a traditional full body press. Additionally, when incorporating the Full Body Press into a one hour workout protocol, users experienced greater caloric output as compared to incorporating a traditional full body press.The shift to carbohydrate (CHO) during both the single set as well as the workout routine may indicate greater utilization of fast twitch fibers. This greater utilization of fast twitch fibers would have implications on the maintenance and improvement of strength as well as improvements in power and speed.
