TRUE Soft System®
TRUE Soft System® consists of multiple components, including a flexible deck, a shock-absorbing material, and a cushioned running surface. Together, these components absorb the impact of each footfall, reducing the stress on the user's joints and minimizing the risk of injury. This design puts the cushion towards the front of the deck and tapers it off as your foot goes toward the rear of the machine. The force of impact continues to be dispersed into the frame versus back up to the body.
HRC Heart Rate Control®
The HRC feature allows the user to set a target heart rate zone, and the machine adjusts the incline level to maintain the user's heart rate within that zone throughout the workout. This helps users optimize their workouts for their fitness goals and avoid overexertion.
