THE TRUE EXPERIENCE

TRUE Cardio

Gold’s Gym Gayton Crossing is equipped with 8 Alpine Runner Incline Trainers, 12 TRUE Treadmills, and 2 Spectrum Ellipticals. Members can use the Alpine to burn fat more effectively than a normal treadmill, enjoy roomy running surfaces and TRUE’s low-impact Soft System®, or the Spectrum Elliptical to work a variety of muscle groups in one cardio session due to its versatility. TRUE Cardio products are dependable and have a low cost of ownership, yet they provide Gold’s Gym members with a wide variety of cardio options, no matter their fitness level.

TRUE Strength

Gold’s Gym has a wide variety of TRUE strength products to help members build muscles including equipment from the XFW and FUSE lines. Our machines were built with every type of user in mind. No matter the fitness level of the member, Gold’s Gym and TRUE are committed to helping them reach their goals.
