Frederick County YMCA is one of the largest non-profits in the county and has 12,000 members in their facility, and supports 30,000 program participants in a year. TRUE provided a total package of premium cardio, strength, flexibility, and group training pieces to their Y to fit the facility’s needs and created a functional training area that everyone will love.

To give members a wide variety of workouts, Frederick County YMCA has installed pieces of TRUE Cardio Equipment. The facility is full of our Spectrum Ellipticals, Treadmills, Upright Bikes, Recumbent Bikes, Traverse Lateral Trainers, Palisade Climbers, and several Alpine Runners.
TRUE strength
Frederick County YMCA is equipped with TRUE Strength Equipment such as our XFW racks, modular training systems, as well as our premium strength sectorized Palladium line. One main feature that drew them to choose Palladium sectorized equipment was the seat setting was universal around all pieces for members ease of fitting.
True Stretch
The TRUE Stretch gives members a unique stretch experience and helps increase flexibility so the body can avoid injury from a workout. Frederick County YMCA added multiple TRUE Stretches to their facility for convenience to members.
Installed Equipment
Frederick County YMCA installed a variety of TRUE cardio, strength, and stretch products. This allowed them to give their members a diverse range of equipment to choose from for their training needs.
