TRUE FITNESS ANNOUNCES ST. EDWARD’S UNIVERSITY INSTALLATION
St. Louis, MO: Friday, January 23, 2020 – TRUE Fitness, manufacturer of commercial cardio and strength equipment since 1981, is proud to announce the newest installation at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. St. Edward’s University chose to work exclusively with TRUE for their new facility after partnering for over a year to create their new strength and conditioning spaces as part of a 12,400 square foot addition.
“We put TRUE head-to-head against other leading fitness equipment providers in the country. Not only did TRUE stand out from the competitors, but the strong relationship we developed with Derek and others was absolutely the reason we chose to become an exclusively TRUE facility. St. Edwards’ members will benefit from this new partnership by having the opportunity to use TRUE’s state of the art equipment. Thanks to TRUE’s unique space-saving designs and facility planning, St. Edward’s was also able to maximize its space with a range of premium equipment.

Our sales partner, Derek, provided quick responses and an in-depth tour of the TRUE headquarters in Saint Louis. The team at TRUE has always been more than a vendor providing equipment to us. TRUE provided unsolicited feedback to our new gym setup, helped support renovations, showed up and discussed their equipment with our students during product demos, assisted with converting part of our facility into a functional training space, and created a variety of mock renderings showing equipment layouts to build up excitement amongst the SEU RecWell community. During install, Derek was there every step of the way. After we completed the install, having Randy come down and train our staff on the use of the equipment and the best ways to maintain the new equipment has created a much-improved user experience since we opened,” said Andy Lemons, Senior Director of Recreation and Wellness.

The recreation addition accommodates the latest in fitness equipment and recreation opportunities. St. Edward’s University Campus Recreation Center will relaunch on Monday, January 13, 2020.
